Vila das Dunas is a real estate development located in Flecheiras, Brazil. The project is a condominium of 26 houses very close to the beach, where the main attraction is kitesurfing.

We developed the visual identity and a sales brochure for the project. The isotype is an illustration with lines comprised of 4 elements that are characteristic of the place: dunes, wind, water and nature. At the same time, the color palette chosen also refers to nature with yellow as the main color (in reference to the sand and the sun) and green and blue as secondary colors.
